All our deliveries are free from €50 purchase at Mondial Relay points and from €60 purchase for home delivery.
International shipping
We offer shipping services in France, Belgium & Luxembourg, and the Netherlands!
We offer two types of delivery: home delivery or Relay point
Home deliveries to France are €9.10 and free from €60 purchase
Mondial Relay point deliveries to France are €3.81 and free from €50 purchase
Home deliveries to Belgium & Luxembourg are €3.89 and free from €60 purchase
Mondial Relay point deliveries to Belgium & Luxembourg are €2.81 and free from €50 purchase
Deliveries to the Netherlands 5.78 toHomeand from €4.88 to €5.45 (depending on the package weight) at Relay point
When your order is shipped, you will receive a notification email from us.
If you have not received your order within 20 days following the receipt of your shipping confirmation email, please contact us athello@ephacandle.com indicating your name and order number, and we will review it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund you the total order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
If your order arrives damaged, please send us an email as soon as possible at hello@ephacandle.comwith your order number and a photo of the item. We will handle these questions on a case-by-case basis, but we will do our best to find a satisfactory solution.
